I had the best time with Serene! We found her through an XHS post that matched the theme I was looking for, and we decided to arrange a meeting just to try it out. After waiting over 5 years for our BTO, we wanted our renovation to be in the right hands.
We provided her with our brief, floor plans, and the schedule for our first meeting. During the discussion, she was already able to offer potential solutions to our needs, and we felt at ease talking to her.
Due to our budget constraints, she advised us on which priorities to focus on and where we could cut costs. Unlike other interior designers I’ve met, who constantly add items, Serene’s approach is completely different from the usual which we felt comfortable talking to her.
