Thanks to her warm and friendly personality, we were able to share our ideas with her freely! And she would provide advice and alternatives. As the renovation progressed, she was also accommodating to our last minute requests/changes. Even when there were hiccups, she managed the situations and kept us updated. We are pleased with the workmanship. And most importantly when we needed her to expedite the completion of our unit, she delivered!
