I would like to give my biggest compliment to our ID Muzz, for his creative ideas and helpfulness rendered to us during the whole reno journey. We went to over 9 IDs and contractors and never once regretted our choice of choosing Muzz from Alchemist. He always went out of his way to give us the best for our home. We did not feel as much stress during the whole reno journey as compared to our previous experience. Muzz is indeed a very patient ID and knows how to make us feel lightened and hopeful whenever we start to panic. The quotation given was also very reasonable compared to other firms that quoted us. And the after sales service is impeccable. Although late replies, Muzz will still be in touch despite after reno completion to help fix what’s broken. One thing for sure that we did not experience before with our previous ID.
We are just so glad to come across Alchemist Design and being appointed Muzz as our ID. Hope to use his expertise again in the near future.
