During our search for an interior designer, we took online advice seriously and met with 16 different IDs. Through that process, we learned how to distinguish the good from the not-so-good — and Carine ultimately stood out as our top choice.
What set Carine apart was her experience, knowledge, and remarkable resourcefulness. There was never a moment when she seemed at a loss. No matter what ideas we had, she always offered sound advice and thoughtful suggestions. We felt fully confident entrusting our entire renovation journey to her capable hands.
Of course, no project is without its hiccups, and there were moments when the final results didn’t meet our expectations. But in every case, Carine took full responsibility — either working with the contractors to resolve the issues or, in some instances, handling them herself. Even after the renovation was completed and we had moved in, Carine remained just as committed. Whenever problems cropped up, like choked pipes, she promptly arranged for the contractors to return and fix them, no questions asked.
