Decided to go along with Ivonne as our ID after meeting many IDs. She was really nice & friendly. Quotations were transparent, Ivonne wasn’t pushy, gave us ideas & advises along the way. She’s also very efficient & followed up very well through the renovation, and even after, including after we moved in. Ivonne has been really helpful through the whole renovation process, and everything gets resolved eventually.
