Two thumbs up & would totally engage them again in the future!

We engaged The Alchemists Design to work on our matrimonial home. Having fallen in love with Alchemists Design's black themed house, we engaged them to fulfil our Gentleman's Loft concept home and never regretted it a single bit! We had the pleasure to work with Fairoz as our ID. Being very fussy homeowners, we found Fairoz to be veryyyyyy patient with us and our wants. Fairoz is also very skilled in blending in the concept we wanted as well as the practicality of it all, which we really greatly appreciate. We also did throw in some last minute stuffs and Fairoz managed to work it all out seamlessly. He is also always available to answer our queries and layan our nonsense requests. Two thumbs up for Fairoz! Although there were some hiccups with the timeline (especially with the completion being around CNY and that workers are not available during this period), we're glad the house is handed over to us as we expected it to be. Otherwise, we had zero problems with The Alchemists Design and would totally engage them again in the future if there are plans to revamp our house. Tip: Avoid the CNY period to prevent the dragging of the timeline!

We had the pleasure of working with Ambre for the renovation of our very first home, and we couldn't be more delighted with the results! She managed the project seamlessly, ensuring everything was completed on time and within our budget. With all renovation stories, there were a few hiccups along the way but her guidance throughout the process made what could have been a stressful experience, an enjoyable and exciting one!! Also, the post-renovation follow up and support was top notch, such as for requests on minor rectification on the finishing. Really thankful to have engaged her and the Team!! Highly recommend!

Our ID, Carine gave us friendly and professional impression when we first approached her. We didn’t really consider other IDs after talking to her. The overall experience was pleasant.
