When I met jasmine she made thoughtful suggestion but was never pushy, I appreciate how collaborative the process were. She completely transformed my outdated living room and kitchen into a warm practical and elegant space that fits my family lifestyle perfectly. We engaged Jasmine from Alchemist to design our home and we cannot recommend her enough! During our search for an ID, a key consideration we had was to find someone we connected well with and, who could provide guidance to us first time homeowners. From our first meeting with Jasmine, we found it easy to communicate with her and she displayed knowledge and experience as she took the time to understand our little ideas, conceptualise it and then bring them to life. Throughout the process, Jasmine was reliable and hands-on. We were regularly updated on the various stages of the renovations. She also readily addressed our questions/ concerns and offered needful recommendations whenever we encountered unexpected issues. Additionally, the contractors were attentive to details, provided their expertise when we had questions/issues, and all while ensuring quality workmanship. This whole process has allowed us to have a deeper appreciation for all the work that goes into renovations.
