She also helped to solve any issue we faced during renovation and updating the progress constantly. We really thankful that we manage to move in as per scheduled date. Came to Alchemists with a strong recommendation from my colleague and we didn’t regret at all. Our designer is Serene and from the first meeting, we instantly felt comfortable speaking to her after meeting 3 other designers. There was no pressure and she is patient to hear us out on our ideas, planned and gave valuable inputs that we were glad we chose to go ahead with it.

Throughout the renovation, she is proactive and kept us constantly updated with the progress. We didn’t had to worry. She also accommodated to our last minute changes which we are very thankful for. Most importantly, everything was completed on time and we were able to move in smoothly before our lease was up.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to choose The Alchemist Design team, with ID Fairuz as our interior designer, recommended by our son. Fairuz not only listened to our ideas but also provided thoughtful alternative suggestions. He was highly responsive to our needs and kept us consistently updated on the renovation progress. Recently worked with Fairoz for remodel of my parent’s kitchen and toilets and we couldn’t be more than happy with the results. I came across their work while scrolling through social media and decided to reach out. Serene was assigned to us, and she guided us through the entire process from the initial design phase and material selection to project completion. I would like to compliment her on her responsiveness to all our queries despite late night. Gambas was quite out of the way for us but she was willing to compromise by meeting us at our preferred location.
We not only connected well with her but, more importantly, found that she was the only one who truly listened to all our requirements. We can see that she put a lot of thought and effort into the proposal and help us with tight budget. Such good work should not go unrecognised.

We are grateful for how they accommodated our requests, and the quality of the renovation, particularly the kitchen cabinets, is impressive. We chose The Alchemist Design after meeting with 5 IDs because we saw the quality and standard they have with their work.
Shanice and Ivonne were still able to accommodate us even with our budget, tight schedule and us needing to move-in in the middle of renovation with our 4 kids. Of course there were hiccups and issues here and there which is normal for a renovation process, but both of them were patient and prompt in responding and rectifying issues. In the end, they were able to deliver. Happy with our new place. Thank you!

 

Our ID, Shaoxi was awesome! He was super responsive and always had answers for our questions. The whole renovation process was smooth, and the final result is amazing. I am glad to have him as our site supervisor, always giving us timely updates! We totally recommend him for anyone looking for a great renovation team.

I’m glad I did my renovation works with Alchemist Design. I was assigned to Ari and she was really attentive to my needs. She was really friendly and was open to my ideas from the first meeting all the way till the end of the project. She would always advice based on her expertise and improve on any ongoing ideas. Overall, I’m glad I was able to have a smooth sailing renovation with her. Highly recommended!
