Satisfied with the reno work & good value for what i paid for!

Ivonne was my assigned ID and she is very pleasant to work with. I am very happy on how she was able to keep within my budget (one of the lowest quotes among other ID firms), although keeping functionality over aesthetic, but it is as i intended due to my budget. The results turned out well. She is friendly, responsive to communicate and fast to rectify any hiccups encountered. She is also very helpful in giving suggestions and recommendations on the designs, what to buy, what colour etc... Overall i'm satisfied with the reno work and good value for what i paid for.

Muzz, our interior designer, displayed exceptional patience throughout the project, especially considering the tight 2-month timeline. Despite our initial impatience, he remained reassuring and demonstrated that we were in capable hands. We went to 3 IDs before settling with Alchemists. What pulled us to them is the transparent costs involved and how they present us their ideas. Serene was our ID who served us and she was meticulous in her work. She tended to us in every single step of our reno journey for our old 4 bedder HDB apartment. She beautifully transformed it into a 5 bedder with our suggestions. It took only 3 months for the project to complete and she delivered it. We are very satisfied with her work.
