We approached a few IDs before speaking to The Alchemists Design. Ivonne and Serene was wonderful in listening to us and finding out about our requirements. They didn't have the lowest quotation but we went ahead with them as Ivonne and Serene gave us the confidence that they can deliver what they promised. Unlike all other IDs, they are upfront over the costings and timeline and they is helpful. There's no hidden cost from them. Communication was fantastic and they ensured we are kept updated during the renovation process. We did "check" in on the renovation regularly and met up with most of their sub contractors. We felt that the contractors they partnered was professional that delivers quality work. We are thankful to Ivonne and Serene for being able to deliver our house to us before the near impossible dateline that we set and they delivered 100% without any pending issues. Go to them if you are looking for professionals that knows their work. Their keen sense of style and design was amazing. The colours they recommended ended up great! Delivered so well & was so generous with everything!

Renovating our 2nd home means more to us cause this time we plan to stay in the long run. Which also means we needed an ID that could understand our needs and wants. Thankfully we encountered The Alchemist and was assigned to Muzz, we knew from the start that we could trust them and share all of our plans. The quotation was the most reasonable one we got than the rest of the other IDs. Although there were ups and downs and some unforeseen circumstances which will always occur during renovations, we still are grateful and thankful we chose them. Muzz delivered so well and was so generous with everything! He suggested, adviced and even executed every so well! We now have our dream home that once was our dream! Thank you so much Muzz!
