I engaged Shanice from The Alchemists to help me with my grandma’s house kitchen. Our old kitchen was slowly breaking apart and had very little storage. Storage was something that I told Shanice we needed more of & to have a proper area for my grandma to cook! Previously it was just the gas stove over some store bought cabinet. Shanice was always quick to reply to our questions & making sure that any problems we faced during renovation was quickly resolved. I think the most important thing when it comes to renovation, besides having someone that can bring to life what you envision, is also someone who you know will always be there to answer your doubts & watch over your renovations for you / with you. Shanice is that one!

My experience with Jaren was amazing! I came across her through great reviews on Facebook, and it turns out we share the same friend ID, which made it even more special. From the start, I felt a great connection, and she really understood exactly what I was looking for. Jaren was very responsive to all my questions and made sure the work was completed within the timeline. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Jaren went the extra mile to follow up and ensure everything was done perfectly. I absolutely love the outcome of the renovation—she has truly created a beautiful home for me. Thank you so much, Jaren!

Decided to go along with Ivonne as our ID after meeting many IDs. She was really nice & friendly. Quotations were transparent, Ivonne wasn’t pushy, gave us ideas & advises along the way. She’s also very efficient & followed up very well through the renovation, and even after, including after we moved in. Ivonne has been really helpful through the whole renovation process, and everything gets resolved eventually. All in all, it was a super pleasant experience working with Ivonne, and we are happy with our place! Thank you so much, Ivonne!!

I would like to give my biggest compliment to our ID Muzz, for his creative ideas and helpfulness rendered to us during the whole reno journey. We went to over 9 IDs and contractors and never once regretted our choice of choosing Muzz from Alchemist. He always went out of his way to give us the best for our home. We did not feel as much stress during the whole reno journey as compared to our previous experience. Muzz is indeed a very patient ID and knows how to make us feel lightened and hopeful whenever we start to panic. The quotation given was also very reasonable compared to other firms that quoted us. And the after sales service is impeccable. Although late replies, Muzz will still be in touch despite after reno completion to help fix what's broken. One thing for sure that we did not experience before with our previous ID. We are just so glad to come across Alchemist Design and being appointed Muzz as our ID. Hope to use his expertise again in the near future.
