I would like to thank Ilyana for her services on helping us renovating our house. She did an amazing job on proposing us the designs that we were looking for and especially helping us choosing our laminates. A big shoutout to our ID, Fairoz! Thank you for being responsive and attended to all our queries promptly. Love the outcome of the kitchen that we renovated! As the renovation progressed, he was also accommodating to our last minute requests/changes. Even when there were hiccups, he managed the situations and kept us updated. We finally settled down with Jaren from Alchemist Design after 5 IDs. 1st impression, she was really friendly, sincere and really patient in listening to what we want in our house. Jaren also suggested ideas trying her best to complement our wants instead of changing it away totally. In the process of renovation, she was really accommodating and easy to work with. There were quite a number of hiccups and last min requests along the way, she was really quick in resolving them and kept us updated on the progress. Also really appreciate her responsiveness attending to our queries, even she was on holidays. We love our house, it is exactly what we envisioned it to be. Thank you for putting in the extra miles in making sure things are the way we wanted even though we can be abit hardcore and hard to deal with at times!
