Met with 16 ID and finally decided on Carine from Alchemists. Being 1st time homeowners, undecided on lotsa stuff and clueless at times, Carine has been helpful and patient - giving us ideas and suggestions when what we asked for might not be practical. She is direct, don't sugarcoat stuff and don't upsell us what we dont need which is what I appreciated. All the issues that we encountered after the reno was completed were also promptly rectified. It has been a great experience thus far and we are thankful to have Carine as our ID.

We discovered The Alchemists Design on IG and, after reading their positive reviews on Google, decided to give them a try. We had extensive work done on our resale EA unit and couldn’t be happier with the quality. A huge shoutout to our ID, Ilyana! She was incredibly understanding and helpful at every stage of the process. Whenever we had questions, Ilyana responded promptly with excellent suggestions and solutions. She addressed all our concerns, no matter how small, and even organised some necessary touch-ups without any fuss. She truly is the sweetest ID anyone could ask for. After almost four months of extensive work, we are very happy and satisfied with how our renovation turned out. We engaged with ID Serene and Zhen for our renovation and it was the best decision ever. As it was our first time and we were unsure of the process, Serene and Zhen made everything easy to understand and provided advices tailored to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure the renovation went smoothly and was very accommodating to our requests. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the final result and the entire experience!

Was recommended by friends to engage Ivonne as my ID and it was the best decision I made. I was feeling nervous and worried about renovation my first home (4rm BTO) but Ivonne made it a breeze. She is very knowledgeable in this field and is able to highlight to us any potential issues, give us great recommendations that is catered to our budget and also able to give us help in choosing our furniture and curtains. When my wife and I first got our keys to our new house, we were lost and didn't know where to start in terms of finding a good reno. Our ID, Ahmad from Alchemists Design, came to us understood what we wanted. He also advised us accordingly based on our budget. He is an honest ID who delivers the best work with a reasonable budget. He updated us accordingly and rectified any issues happened during the reno without causing huge effect on our budget. Overall, we were impressed with Ahmad and we certaintly didn't make a wrong decision to choose him as our first ID. We are grateful to Ahmad and his team for making our perfect home a reality.

Alchemist was my first ever ID company I enquired on renovation packages. After several meet ups with other IDs/contractors, I still went back to them. Elly (ID) was a breeze to work with. She understood my needs, wants, and most importantly my budget. She worked along and guided me to pick the right materials when I was spoilt for choices. An important quality of an ID is the follow up service (after renovations) and Elly was responsive, reliable and quick to resolve any issues/corrections. Even during her maternity leave, she continued to follow up with me which displayed how committed she was. Her good work ethics are commendable.
