Made sure that our needs were met! Thank you :)

We chanced upon The Alchemist while surveying for an ID for our resale flat. And were assigned Elly on our first meeting and it was pretty smooth sailing from then on! One of the our most important factor was the budget and Elly managed to keep it within our limits but also made sure that our needs were met! She would also have suggestions/alternatives when we faced any difficulties eg; the boxing up of certain parts of the house. There were a few minor delays due to holidays/ materials being out of stock but other than that, everything was within the period that we requested for and more importantly, it was within our budget :) Thank you Elly!

Very grateful to our ID Ivonne from Alchemists Design for bringing us a beautiful home. Being 1st time home owners, Ivonne has been very helpful and patient with us and provided a lot of brilliant solutions to the problems we have surfaced. She is very friendly and responsive, unburdening us from a great deal of stress from all the little worries we have faced on this journey. Very satisfied with the workmanship, communication & the end result of the reno!

We had engaged The Alchemist for our 2nd house reno and was assigned to Fai, our ID. He was very easy to talk to hence, it made the communication smooth. On top of that, Fai also helped us with his professional opinion of the material selections, layouts etc. My husband & I are very satisfied with the workmanship, communication and ultimately, the end result of the reno. Also, the reno was well within our budget. Thank you Fai! Good work!

After reading multiple reviews for a number of IDs, we decided to engage The Alchemists Design. Didn't even bother to meet with others. What attracted us to them is their many reviews on honesty, no over-promising, not pushy. They listen to your ideas while giving suggestions and alternatives where needed. True enough that was exactly our experience with ID Haryati. The quotation was very transparent, every detail was included, no hidden costs. Haryati gave us honest opinions on material selection, space planning, tile designs etc. Any hiccups were dealt with promptly. Minimal stress on our side as she is such a professional. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our reno journey and how things turned out. The experience, the workmanship, the friendship forged along the way. No regrets. Overall, we had a good experience!

We worked with Ivonne of The Alchemists Design to renovate our 4-room BTO. She is very friendly and prompt in replying our queries. Alchemists also dispatches its teams (plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.) very quickly, sometimes even within hours after we give feedback. The defects rectification was quite quick as well. The quality of the work was largely good too. Overall we had a good experience working with Ivonne and Alchemists.
