We have always envisioned admiring glances of guests when they see the main highlight of our home - a long and tall display cabinet. Months before we even got the keys, we started sourcing for reliable IDs who are able to work with us to make our dream come true. Perhaps it was fate that we found our AMBRE (amber) light in the dark. During the first meeting, she could already give us what others couldnt - decent ideas with a bonus sense of security. She is responsible and is always there for us, no matter the day or time, because she knew we were afraid of being ghosted as heard in horror renovation stories. The whole renovation journey may not be a walk in the park, but we are glad we have her guidance and support along the way. We now have a fine and captivating display cabinet in our renovated home! Looking to renovate our new place, was introduced to The Alchemist and Kai was the designer assigned to us. From the first meeting we had with her, she was so accommodating and patient especially with 3 young kids running and playing around during the discussions. She always made us feel comfortable and took note of every detail we wanted. I was impressed with the amount of work and detail of her designs even before we had engaged her. Everything we wanted was implemented and if it did not suit the design, Kai would let us know and give us options to choose from. whenever, there was any issues she would come out with ideas and solutions and always never brushed any issue away. My kids were even so close to her and I would like to thank Kai and The Alchemist for making our dream home come true.

We are grateful to have chosen Alchemist and Fairoz as our ID as it was a seamless journey overall. We are truly satisfied with the paint and carpentry works, workers are very skilled and they ensure quality in their craft. Initially, Alchemists Design wasn't our first choice as we thought we had wanted to proceed with another ID. However, upon meeting Nabil at our first consultation, we knew we wanted to work with him as our ID. As first time homeowners, we were clueless about a lot of things and Nabil took the time to address all the questions we had. Compared to the other IDs we met, we found that he had solid technical knowledge and gave good suggestions on how to make the space look good (but was not pushy at all). Aside from the design concept, he helped to highlight functionality and durability aspects too. Most importantly, he listened and really paid attention to what we wanted. For the actual reno process, we were updated through vids/pics on WhatsApp and we loved what we saw at every site visit. Any of our additional requests for changes were also set in motion quickly and Nabil responded so quickly each time we texted him. My husband and I met quite a number of IDs but none was able to understand what we wanted to do for our new home. We then came across The Alchemists Design on social media and like what we saw. Our ID, Nabil, was not pushy at all and made us feel comfortable before we decided who would be able to fulfil our dream home. We only needed to do minor renovations and told Nabil all our ideas. He was able to give good advice and guided us on the best option for our home. Everything went smoothly and he even managed to complete the job earlier than expected.
