When my husband and I went around looking to hire an ID, we ended up speaking to at least 5-7 different ones but Elly from Alchemist Design certainly left a very good and lasting impression on us. She was the very first one we met and somehow, everybody else didn't quite measure up. We are amazed at how she paid attention to what we have in mind. On instances where it seemed impossible to put in place our intended design, she patiently suggested alternative designs which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical to our house floor plan. She made sure to work around our tight schedule but not compromising the quality of workmanship for the works in our new home. She updates us on the progress made regularly. And every concerns that we have, she was able to rectify in a prompt manner. Not pushy & made us feel comfortable working with them!

We decided to engage Grace and Ivy for our home renovation, after meeting with multiple IDs. They are not pushy during the initial meeting and made us feel comfortable working with them. During the renovation process, they have always been promptly resolving issues which arises and responded quickly to any questions that we have.
