We knew we were in good hands, they did a great job for our new home & we are very pleased with the quality & service provided!

We don’t have much renovation experiences before so my family and I was not very certain and confident in finding an ID for our new home. We have also heard a lot of horror renovation stories online and from our relatives. We reached out to multiple IDs but chose Alchemists Design and our ID Grace in the end as she made us feel the most comfortable throughout the whole process. From planning to the execution of the house, it was very smooth and we knew we were in good hands as Grace is very attentive to details and the best part is she is not pushy and always try her best to find ways to help us save on the cost or advice us to find alternative ways to remove unnecessary cost. However no renovation is perfect but Grace is always there and resolves issue very quickly which we are very pleased and grateful. So to my fellow new home owners who are feeling the same way as I did initially. Fret not, look for Grace and the Alchemists Design as they did a great job for our new home and we are very pleased with the quality and service they provided. Definitely will recommend all my friends and relatives!

I am very happy for choosing Alchemists Design and our ID JingYi! The result of the renovation is Fantastic! it’s beyond my expectations, Especially my kitchen. As a wife that loves to bake this kitchen is so perfect for me I love the idea of our ID to choose stone countertops, it’s perfect for baking application. My kitchen cabinet colour is exactly what i envisioned Im super happy that they finished the renovation within the time JingYin promised us. We decided to engage The Alchemist Design to bring our dream home into reality and it is a very pleasant renovation process. Grace, our ID is very knowledgeable and is accommodating when we have our own opinions. She gave constructive suggestions that helped us to maximise and utilise every corner of our house which is exactly what we needed as our house wasn’t that big. Extremely satisfied with the end results of our first home renovation, thanks to Alchemists Design and our ID JingYi. Although there were hiccups and issues, they were rectified quickly. Communication was effective and clear from the very beginning. Very accommodating to our design vision and didn't take any shortcuts to accomplish it.
