We decided to go with Alchemist after meeting a couple of other IDs and we totally glad we are settled for.. We had an excellent experience working with Ivonne for our first home renovation project.. I am very glad I chose The Alchemist Design as my ID after speaking to alot of different IDs. My ID is Jaren and Jasmine. The renovation went on very smoothly, and in fact they were ahead of schedule despite it being the period after CNY and many contractors were still on leave. My renovation (for new bto) were completed within 6 weeks. Jaren is very responsive to our requirements and kept us updated on the renovation progress. She is happy to accommodate to our requests and the renovation workmanship is definitely good. When rectification is required, Jaren will not hesitate to arrange for the contractors to come down to the house to rectify. I am very pleased with my new home and definitely had a stress-free renovation thanks to Jaren and team! Will definitely recommend and will engage them again when I need renovation work done in the future.

Our designer is Fairoz and Ilyana and they have impressed us with their knowledge and design sense. The quotation also came up to be less than what we have expected and we immediately went ahead with it. Even before we receive our keys, they have been greatly facilitative, patient with all our questions and gone above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of each choices to ensure we make an informed decision. No renovation journey is without hiccups but they are quick to help and we still managed to move in on the desired date. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we are thankful for the effort of the alchemists team. We really enjoyed working with them and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to all!

From a stranger to a new family member added!

My wife and I actually went through a lot of ID before meeting with Haryati (FYI, she's our 15th ID), throughout our appointment with her, she wasn't pushy and provided so much idea's despite being aware that we were also meeting other ID's and getting others quotations.

But what made us decided on engaging with The Alchemists Design because my wife and I was very comfortable with her from our first appointment and she was the only one that understood what we actually wanted to go for.

Throughout the renovation, she continuously updated us and also helped us with choosing what furniture goes well and lighting fitments, etc. Not only that, the timeline was on track despite the hiccups (wasn't her fault, anyway) but we felt very assured and calm throughout the entire process, thanks to her. Nevertheless, we are satisfied with the house revamp and will recommend The Alchemists Design. From a stranger to a new family member added.
