Jasmine Toh was one of the first IDs we met, and after speaking with about 9 more IDs, we circled back to her because of how approachable and transparent she was. She provided good alternatives after hearing about our budget constraints, putting our interests first over a higher sales figure. What pushed us over the line was also that Alchemist Design had one of, if not the most competitive prices in the market.
During the renovation process, there were two things which was especially evident about Jasmine - she was very responsive and prompt. We could text her any time and she would get back to us within the hour most of the time. This really instilled trust and gave us the confidence that we could quickly clarify any questions we have and move forward during crucial decision points.
When the renovation was complete, we could see that the workmanship was really top-tier despite the competitive prices. There was no cutting corners in the quality of service provided, which we are really thankful for. All in all we will highly recommend Jasmine Toh and Alchemist Design to all our friends

The whole reno process is a seamless and wonderful experience.
The designer Yilin is helpful, friendly and always be able to provide prompt attention and responses whenever we have enquiries or needed help on logistic arrangements.
Lastly, in fact we have a very tight dateline To adhere and Yilin managed to make perfects coordination and have the reno work done on time or rather before the given dateline. Great job!

Honestly, when we surveying for renovation company for our house, The Alchemists Design was never in the picture. We went about 5-6 companies and most of the quotation that came back was really above our budget. Since we wanted the renovation to start asap, we nearly chose this particular company and accepted the high quotation that was given.
However, a friend recommended me The Alchemist Design and told me to check them out. That was when we met our ID, Grace. We explained to her what we wanted for the renovation which she was attentively listening to it. At times, we were unsure on what to do as it’s our first renovation and that’s where Grace gave us ideas. She wasn’t pushy and gave us the time to decide if we wanted to accept her proposed ideas. When the quotation came back, we were shocked and thankful that it was within our budget. Without hesitation, we accepted the quotation and started with renovation.
Grace was always responsive even though we texted her after office hours. She constantly updated us on the progress of the renovation and ensure that the renovation works are kept within the timeline.
