She executed what i wanted & won’t overpromised it, the whole renovation process was seamless. Prompt in updating the whole renovation process without asking for it, i couldn’t be happier with the level of service and workmanship i've received from Grace & her team. We went to a few renovation companies before finally decided on The Alchemists. We were attracted by their work, design and professionalism. Our ID, Carine really understand what we wanted and she delivers. We were so thankful because she was very patient with our multiple changes during the duration of our renovation. We thank The Alchemists for giving us our dream home!

We found alchemists through online and engaged Yilin to renovate our store. Although the renovation was minor, we liked that Yilin attends to our queries fast and we appreciate her efforts put into the proposals that she had shared with us, bearing our budget in mind. She is ever so patient with our questions (this is our first renovation) and explained the nitty gritty to us till we understand, which we are also very thankful for. Throughout the renovation, she updates on the progress and we were able to see the works that were done every few days. Her service and attitude has also been great through the entire renovation and it was completed within the timeframe we gave. After service is good and prompt too. All in all, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the process. We are glad we had Yilin to do the renovation. Will always recommend her to others! Thank you, Yilin!

We engaged the Alchemists and had Grace to design our new home and we absolutely love it! During the discussion, she listened and came up with great ideas that were both beautiful and practical. Out of all, she gave us a reasonable price that is within our budget and we never regretted our decision. As our keys got delayed, we have a tight timeline to work with especially I was heavily pregnant and needed to move in before I was due. Thankfully, Grace was able to get our renovation done just in time. Throughout the renovation period, she always kept us updated promptly with the progress and had gone out of the way several times to get things done for us asap. Not forgetting that she responds to our late night texts on weekends. After we moved in, she is still attentive and reach out to us to check for any touch ups. Genuine girl with great service and workmanship! Thank you Grace and the team for making our first renovation experience a pleasant one and we would definitely recommend Grace to our friends and family!
