We met up with a few IDs before meeting Grace and her team and we instantly clique! The discussion was fun, lively and they shared with us practical ideas for our home and they weren't pushy. Based on our requirements, they proposed designs that were to our liking and they were also patient with our endless questions as this is our first home renovation! They had recommended value for money things when we were selecting the materials and helped us with our furniture selection. Throughout the renovation, we get prompt updates of the works done and ultimately, our home turns out just the way we wanted! When you need reno to be done for your new home, you would naturally arrange to meet a few IDs - to get their best quote, and more importantly - the most ideal vibe of their commitment to your requirements. Both could go horribly wrong becos some IDs chose not only increase their quotes during this period of time, they also take on too many renos in bid for revenue and as a result - neglect your requirements. Thankfully, we met Yilin from The Alchemists Design - who, not only sent us a fair quote, she was also (almost) 100% responsive to our texts and calls - even over weekends. More importantly, she kept the entire reno on schedule, and completed it just in time. Thank you Low Yilin and all at The Alchemists Design!

Jasmine was attentive to the details we laid out at the start. Despite the unforeseen hiccups caused from Covid-19 manpower shortages, the whole process went rather smooth. It has been 1 month since we moved in and the team would still attentively reach back to check for any details to touch up.

Was looking for an ID to reno my first home and found Alchemists Design. As a first time owner, my wife and I are so lost and not sure where and how we should go about. But Sophia has been very helpful and give us lots of ideas and guidance. I would like to thank her for being responsive and efficient in handling my home. Although there are some hipcups during the reno, Sophia was able to resolve it and leaving us no worries or disappointment.
