Once we have gotten our keys, we started to look around for an ID company that can understand our needs . We had met up with quite a numbers of designers from different companies but not many meets our requirements, until we sat down with Grace & Sophia from Alchemists Design, they are very detailed, patient & most importantly able to advice the best solution to meet our needs.

Both Grace & Sophia are easy to communicate with as they understood what we wanted clearly. They are clear with what they need to deliver and update us very promptly on the progress of the project. There are some delays in the timeline due to covid issues but we are very satisfied with the final outcome and their services! A BIG thank you

Engaging our ID, Kailin, he managed to transform an ordinary resale HDB 5-room unit into a cosy, practical and minimalist concept. If pictures can paint a thousand words, then the attached photos can paint a billion! Extremely satisfied & pleased with the continuous engagement Kailin have given us. He make sure we get è things right yet till now! Keeping us updated always, all ways in our WhatsApp group. Kailin was easy to communicate with, returning calls promptly and providing site visits whenever we felt it would be useful.

Kailin has provided excellent service from quotation to post sales services. Final outcome of the reno was similar to è 3D design and of coz workmanship is great. Thou there are minimal deviation and unforseen issues, he dealt quickly & effectively, Kailin is very prompt in addressing the issues. He also has high integrity in delivering the promises & dateline. Well worth the slight premium over other design company. It was a breeze & easy peasy process, we did not have to crack our head for anything, just leave it to Kailin. Highly recommended as a total experience was great with Kailin and his team. A job well done!

We went to quite a few interior company to get quotation on what we want for our resale flat but the quotation were over our budget until we came across Alchemist Design on IG and had Haryati as our ID. Haryati were very understanding and patient to our needs and questions. Despite Covid-19 everything went well and smooth throughout the renovation. Really satisfied with everything and most importantly my wife is happy with the outcome. thank you haryati and thank you Alchemist Design!

Not only affordable in prices, however their ID's are always the best person for us to look for and talk to. Jasmine is our ID who always ensure that our house need to be done as described in the schedule. We felt happy and bless that our house Reno turns out to be as what we dream and wanted. Jasmine has always handle her work and client professionally besides that, her friendly and bubbly characters makes us husband and wife give our 100% trust on her.

Our renovation was successfully done, we felt so contented and relief that we had choose the right company to define our house beautifully. and for Jasmine, thank u so much for dealing with us although at a times we were quite fussy n demanding. But nonetheless u gave your fully best to attend to us and our house needs.

We are happy to have Yati as our ID. She took time to understand our lifestyle and plan out the design layout for us with our budget and needs in mind. She was also very sincere in addressing all our queries and out of all, the price is also the most reasonable.

Despite the tight timeline, we see Yati doing her best to have the reno completed within what we wanted. We will definitely recommend Yati to anyone looking for ID.
