After purchasing our Resale flat, we realized we had alot of renovation work to do. The Alchemists Design was chosen by my Wife and me. Our ID Jasmine Chua was a true delight to work with as she explained alot of stuff to us and was patient with our queries and gave us many great ideas also. Yilin has been patient in journeying with my wife and I in helping to turn our house into a home. She’s incredibly prompt with answering our queries and has always been happy to accommodate to our requests. She works well with tight deadlines (we had a very short lead time of one month) and was able to find practical solutions and workarounds to our expectations.

As a first timer home owner i was anxious about choosing the right ID after reading so many reviews and seeing the long list of do and don’t. Luckily i met Grace, she is very responsive and patient in giving advice for the renovation. My house was delivered on time in satisfactory condition.
