We are glad that Elly is always there on every steps of the reno and that gave us a lot of assurance. Although the main reno was for our kitchen, the level of commitment from our id and her team was beyond our expectation. The guys even climb 10 story up with the cabinet carpentry !!! when my lift suddenly broke down. Of course there were mini hiccups here & there but the team was able to rectify it fast.

During the first meet up, we are very comfortable with Grace and Jasmine. We are very new to this and we dont really know what we want. They gave us a lot of suggestions on space planning, materials and design style. Also most importantly, how we can spend within our budget. We love how genuine they are, always giving us suggestions to save money and focus on our priorities.

The Alchemists Design was the only ID company that was willing to meet me in the east for consultation. Elly was the ID assigned and she explain the packages as well as the ala carte works that they were offering. She was very responsive, never hard selling and was able to give us the answers to the endless questions we had as first time home owners.

Our reno experience with Alchemists has been great and enjoyable. My designer, Grace, is friendly and had given valuable inputs during our meet up. More importantly, she kept everything within our comfortable budget.

During the course of renovating, she always provide updates and let us know what to expect next. Everything was done up nicely and she is quick in responding to us and had the rectification works completed promptly.

We converted our study room to entertainment room and it was completed within few days. Sophia drafted out a design for us after checking the design / theme we wanted and it does fulfill our requirements. She has arranged carpentry, vinyl and electrician works on our leave dates.

Found them by chance while scrolling on Instagram and looking back on our reno journey, we couldn't be more thankful for their ads placement team hahaha... We had a few legit contractor contacts and heard horror stories of renos gone wrong, BUT still went ahead to make an appointment with Alchemist Design "just for fun".. BEST. DECISION. EVER.

For that was the day our lives were blessed with the ever available amazingly sweet and wonderfully efficiently Jasmine!!!! *clap clap clap* ❤ Throughout our reno process, we peppered her with queries and worries, and sadly even bothered her on weekends... (hurhur) But being the awesome possum that she is, she never failed to reply us promptly and followed up quickly with the other vendors.

Her efficiency and availability really put our hearts and minds at ease especially when we were planning for our wedding at the same time! Also, we are the kind of people who want beautiful things but don't really know how to make it happen. But it was Jasmine to the rescue as she helped us narrow down the million choices we had to make to pick out the few colours, tiles, floors, laminates, looks and feels etc. that really worked beautifully for us. The trickiest part of our renovation was our kitchen, with various beams and recessed walls that simply weren't user friendly and a design nightmare (for us) but Jasmine had the best idea for it, not compromising on the usability and at the same time enhancing the aesthetics. plus points for us really. (we love our kitchen Jasmine!) And being the aunties that we are, we looked at every costing, line by line, and were super pleased that

The Alchemist Design was cheaper/at least on par with the other quotations that we got. Quality of work and service rendered by Jasmine also far exceeded our expectations, even when she had other projects to juggle during the peak period. A thousand times over, we will still choose The Alchemist Design and of course the amazing Jasmine and look forward to future projects if we ever move from our beautiful home! As this was our first time renovating our home, we were lost and unsure what to look out for and the type of designs that will meet our budget. After meeting Sophia, she provided us great ideas that matched our wallet and meeting our needs.

Sophia is also responsive and went the extra mile to help us look for cheaper alternatives that we can get for our lightings and furniture. The renovation process was also fuss free with Sophia providing solutions and being attentive to details.
