Working with Yati on our home renovation was such a great experience! She totally nailed the interior design—everything looks amazing and just works so well for our everyday life. Had a really great experience with Ivonne as my ID. We spoke to a total of 10/+ IDs & we eventually went with Ivonne, she was really nice, friendly & we vibed really well. Overall, Ivonne was never pushy about anything or tried to stick her ideas into our house, she listened to our needs and what we wanted, she advised us on do’s and don’ts but she never forced something on us. Really patient with our decision through the process & she’s super fast & efficient with quotations, drawings, rectifications. She’s also really responsive through texts, usually replies within the day even on busy days. Renovation process: there were definitely some hiccups along the way, slight delays from the tentative schedule given, but understandable since it was year end. Spammed Ivonne with issues & SOS through the reno, she helped us with every little thing. Ofc, I’d want to say that nobody is perfect & at times there are things missed out, but she doesn’t hesitate to rectify / resolve it for us whenever required, we just had to ping her anytime. She has actually kind of selected all the colour combinations for us too! We were indecisive, and only had rough ideas on what we wanted in mind. Left the rest to her & it turned out really great! Final: We are super happy with Ivonne’s service & design. Really excited to move in to our new home! Thanks Ivonne, for making our new place what we wanted & lovely.

Serene Chia is hands down the best interior designer I’ve ever worked with. After interviewing multiple IDs, I decided to go with Serene, and it was the best decision I made—I’ve never regretted it for a single moment. From her incredible 3D designs and renderings to her expert guidance on materials, colors (she has an amazing eye for color combinations!), and furniture selection, Serene’s talent and dedication truly stood out. During the renovation process, she proved her competence and ability to execute flawlessly. My project involved extensive works for a 5-room resale HDB with numerous modifications, yet Serene managed to complete everything within just 8 weeks—right before my rental lease ended. This was during the year-end period when most contractors are on vacation. I’m still amazed at how she pulled it off—it felt like magic! What impressed me even more was how Serene handled unexpected challenges during the renovation. She never shied away from problems; instead, she tackled them head-on. For instance, when we needed to make some last-minute wiring changes (despite the cabinets already being installed), Serene quickly arranged for her outstanding electrician to come up with creative solutions that worked perfectly. Many other IDs or contractors might have dismissed such requests as impossible, but Serene went above and beyond to make it happen. Even after the renovation was completed, Serene didn’t just disappear like some IDs might. She ensured everything worked perfectly and coordinated any necessary touch-ups with care and professionalism. Her commitment to her clients goes far beyond just completing the project—she genuinely cares about delivering the best possible result.
