We were assigned to Fai for our first ever house and it was a pleasant experience! He was very patient in answering our numerous queries which we really appreciate. Our choice of laminate was out of stock but he suggested a few alternatives for us. Most importantly, he was very meticulous in the planning of works – from demolishing to touch ups as part of the after sales services. He is very prompt with his updates which made the reno an almost fuss-free process. Such an easy-going guy too!
