We had the pleasure of having Taufiq and Fairoz for our first renovation experience. No doubt, we have no regrets choosing Alchemist Design as our ID company. We don’t believe that there is any reno process that is 100% smooth sailing. We were prepared for small hiccups. However, what made the process easier was thanks to both of them for being professional, detailed, and efficient. We like how they are easy-going and fun to communicate with! their replies were always prompt when we made requests or needed clarification. We appreciated their effort in explaining about the pros and cons when we were in dilemmas and they even gave useful suggestions. We love how our first matrimonial house turned out. Our favourite part was how patient they were throughout our materials and tiles selection. And because of that, our favourite feature of our house are the toilets and kitchen especially the island. On top of everything, they were willing to work with our timeline even though it was tight! it was impressive that they somehow were able to make it work.
