We approached a few IDs before speaking to The Alchemists Design. Ivonne and Serene was wonderful in listening to us and finding out about our requirements.
They didn’t have the lowest quotation but we went ahead with them as Ivonne and Serene gave us the confidence that they can deliver what they promised. Unlike all other IDs, they are upfront over the costings and timeline and they is helpful. There’s no hidden cost from them. Communication was fantastic and they ensured we are kept updated during the renovation process. We did “check” in on the renovation regularly and met up with most of their sub contractors. We felt that the contractors they partnered was professional that delivers quality work.
We are thankful to Ivonne and Serene for being able to deliver our house to us before the near impossible dateline that we set and they delivered 100% without any pending issues.
