When we decide to purchase an older house, I knew that we need to do alot of general works. Rewiring, replastering of the whole house and hacking of both toilets and existing outdated cornices were essential. Our budget however is limited. We saw the potential of the house with the existing curve architecture in the living room that my wife love so much and our ID Ivonne use that and explore on creating more opportunities for the rest of the house.
For a 5 room old hdb, we were quoted almost double the price before. I was also very apprehensive bcoz of prior bad experience with an ID for our old house reno.
