As first time home owners, there were lots of things in this reno domain that my wife and I were not familiar with. Sophia and Ivonne had been extremely helpful and patient with explaining things, super timely in following up with our questions and requests. As with most renos, some hiccups are bound to happen. Really thankful that both of them did not dismiss our concerns and managed to resolve these last minute changes & rectifications really promptly.
