Huge thank you to Ivy from Alchemist Design for making our BTO vision come to life! From the start she did not try to upsell us, and even advised us against doing certain renovation works due to their costs and suggested alternatives instead. She was super responsive throughout the renovation journey and constantly communicated updates and progress to us, giving us assurances that our renovation is in good hands. While no renovation is without hiccups, she speedily resolved any issues flagged out and in the end we even ended up ahead of schedule! Would definitely recommend Ivy & Alchemist Design for those looking for quality and good value renovation.
