We chanced upon The Alchemist while surveying for an ID for our resale flat. And were assigned Elly on our first meeting and it was pretty smooth sailing from then on!
One of the our most important factor was the budget and Elly managed to keep it within our limits but also made sure that our needs were met! She would also have suggestions/alternatives when we faced any difficulties eg; the boxing up of certain parts of the house.
There were a few minor delays due to holidays/ materials being out of stock but other than that, everything was within the period that we requested for and more importantly, it was within our budget 🙂 Thank you Elly!
