We had engaged The Alchemist for our 2nd house reno and was assigned to Fai, our ID. He was very easy to talk to hence, it made the communication smooth. On top of that, Fai also helped us with his professional opinion of the material selections, layouts etc. My husband & I are very satisfied with the workmanship, communication and ultimately, the end result of the reno.
