We don’t have much renovation experiences before so my family and I was not very certain and confident in finding an ID for our new home. We have also heard a lot of horror renovation stories online and from our relatives.
We reached out to multiple IDs but chose Alchemists Design and our ID Grace in the end as she made us feel the most comfortable throughout the whole process. From planning to the execution of the house, it was very smooth and we knew we were in good hands as Grace is very attentive to details and the best part is she is not pushy and always try her best to find ways to help us save on the cost or advice us to find alternative ways to remove unnecessary cost. However no renovation is perfect but Grace is always there and resolves issue very quickly which we are very pleased and grateful.
