Many thanks to Sophia and Ivonne for helping us through our renovation journey! As first time home owners, there were lots of things in this reno domain that my wife and I were not familiar with. Sophia and Ivonne had been extremely helpful and patient with explaining things, super timely in following up with our questions and requests. As with most renos, some hiccups are bound to happen. ID : Muzz The moment we met Muzz, we knew that this is who we want to choose for our ID. We went to see 4 different IDs but none of them understand what we want for our home like he did. We are truly pleased with the outcome of our house. He provide ideas and suggestions based on our desired theme for the house. He also provide useful inputs on how to work around problems that we faced during reno. He is very efficient and will respond to all queries. We started in around Oct 2023 in searching for ID for our new home. We got in contact with Alchemist and was assigned to Muz.
